1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription or booking a session with Massage Montclair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with payment or booking.

2. Nature of Services

Massage Montclair offers the following services:

  • Remote energy exercise classes (live or recorded instruction)
  • Remote energy sessions (one-on-one energetic work conducted at a distance)

 

These services are complementary and holistic in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3.Health & Medical Disclaimer

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

  • Energy work is not a licensed medical practice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • You are solely responsible for your own health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
  • By booking a session or subscribing, you confirm that you understand the nature of energy work and participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • If you have a serious medical or mental health condition or if you have any questions regarding your health, please consult your physician or therapist before participating.

 

4. Results disclaimer

Results from energy exercises or remote sessions vary from person to person. Massage Montclair  makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes — physical, emotional, spiritual, or otherwise. Testimonials shared on our website or social media reflect individual experiences and are not typical results.

 

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis monthly.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Massage Montclair to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date and will not be charged again.

Remote energy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this window may result in forfeiture of the session.

 

7. Participation & Conduct

  • You agree to participate in all sessions and classes in good faith and with respect for the practitioner and other participants.
  • You will not record, redistribute, share, or resell any session content or recordings without prior written consent from Massage Montclair.
  • Massage Montclair reserves the right to discontinue service to any individual who behaves disrespectfully, disruptively, or in violation of these terms, without refund.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering services and processing payments via Stripe. Your data will never be sold to third parties. 9. Intellectual Property

All class content, recordings, materials, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Massage Montclair. By subscribing, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own private use only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Massage Montclair is not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual effects experienced during or after energy exercises or sessions. By participating, you waive any claims against Massage Montclair, its practitioners, affiliates, or representatives for any such effects.

11. Changes of These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
